- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★We just moved to Gulf Breeze from Saint Petersburg. We opened a safe deposit box and worked with Tina, the manager. She was excellent, efficient, and helped us get in and out quickly. The bank (on a Saturday morning) was well-staffed and all customer service representatives were friendly with customers. Their hours are clearly posted on the website and on the door. We'd recommend using this bank, especially if you travel around the US like we do. There are branches everywhere to meet our needs.By Laura Burke, April 02, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I opened checking and savings with Wells Fargo about 5 years ago . Since becoming a stay at home mom and working from home, I no longer have direct deposit and I am charged $25 from my accounts since. So much for saving.. Not only the charges but the hours are so inconvenient, I can only usually make the drive-thru hours in which they will NOT let you do much of anything with your own money. I've never banked with anyone with so many charges and restrictions. I'm closing my accounts first thing in the morning.By Brittany Foster, January 04, 2017
