- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Normally getting my taxes done has always been something that I don't look forward to. Sitting in front of someone that just enters your information into a program and charge you an arm and a leg for something that anyone potentially can do, is not existing at all. We are a military family and our schedules are crazy but flexibility and willingness to help us was as we were family.The customer service is second to none. I had a million questions about out of state earnings and all were answered. I felt as I had my personal accountant. Overall I can say that we had an awesome experience. We canceled two appointments with them in a row this year due to work and our schedule, they didn't mind and just rescheduled it to our convenience without any trouble. They were quick and easy to work with, I even found that they offer financial planning services, which is great to keep in mind. Best part- the cost is reasonable! I will be back next year!
